Peaple Talent has partnered with a Leading Financial Services company looking for a Desktop Support Engineer
Our client is looking for someone who is pragmatic, highly motivated and has a strong IT background.

The Role:
You will be primarily responsible for performing actions based on the needs of the team and handling and dealing with difficult and demanding support calls.
Based in Swindon/Hybrid you will be reporting to the Desktop & Access manager and be tasked with the following:
- Handling calls
- Perform actions based on new starters, transfers and leavers
- Proficient use of Active Directory
- Answering queries
- Working with technology teams and advisers
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Desktop Support Engineer will have relevant experience in call handling.
Plus, it’s vital that you have experience in Active directory
You’ll also need a background in O365 and ITIL
