Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading financial firm looking for a Data Warehouse Team Manager.
Our client is looking for someone with experience managing and working within an Agile team.

The Role:
You will be primarily responsible for managing and developing an agile team to deliver data solutions.
Based in their Swindon office/hybrid you will be tasked with the following:
– Defining the strategy for development and support
– Driving continuous improvement to optimize productivity
– Developing and embedding robust support processes for the data warehouse.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience in delivering data warehouse/ MI change.
You’ll also need experience in modern platforms and cloud-based Microsoft Data warehouse solutions including SQL and Azure.
Plus, it’s vital that you have a proven track record of delivery through technical teams.
In addition, preferably a Qualified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent experience.

The Package:
Basic salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum
