Change Lead | Swindon | Permanent | Up to £60,000
Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading financial services firm looking for a Change Leader.
Our client is looking for someone with strong experience leading and implementing change.

You will be primarily responsible for leading strategic change across the company.
Working a hybrid pattern, you will be tasked with the following:
-Strong stakeholder management at all levels.
-Accountability for milestone tracking, critical success factors, budgeting and resource allocation
-Produce Weekly & monthly reporting, attend the key programmes and change boards
– Conduct root cause analysis / lean reviews/ value stream mapping
The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience in leading and implementing change.
You’ll also need prior experience in Lean, Six Sigma and/or Agile.
Plus, you must have experience in leading digital programmes/projects.

Basic salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
– 7.5% bonus
