Business Systems Analyst

Working for an industry-leading manufacturing company based in South Wales.

As the Business Systems Analyst, your role will involve Support, Analysis, Design, and implementation of business systems resulting in overall business improvements.

The role is to ensure business process improvements and developments. Experience with ERPs and CRMs is essential, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

The role:

• Designing IT solutions, modifying, enhancing, or adapting existing systems and integrating new features or improvements
• Ensure the solutions are practical, achievable, cost-effective and meet the key strategy objectives
• Automate of processes
• Continually evaluating the functionality of systems in line with process requirements.
• Ensuring all applications are fit for purpose and operating effectively together to create an efficient system.
• Support and ensure the improvement and development of systems, processes and reports within the business, ensuring they are working to maximum efficiency with good financial controls and scalability for global use.
• Deliver Business solutions and requirements in line with the business demands through continuous improvement
• Provide a key link between the business and IT for change implementation, ensuring effective communication within the business are followed
• Administer and maintain key business systems.

Experience / skills:

• Experience in provision of systems analysis, process, design, implementation, and management of business systems in a Manufacturing environment essential
• 2+ years’ experience in an ERP or equivalent large business systems environment
• 2+ years’ CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• 2+ years’ O365 experience, notably SharePoint
• Proven understanding of interfaces design between enterprise solutions
• Prior knowledge and experience of software and process testing along with systems implementation experience

In return you will be offered a base salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits.
