Business Change Analyst

Business Change Analyst | Up to £420 per day | Contract | Remote 

One of our customers in the South West is looking for a Business Change Analyst to join them on a 6 Month contract ASAP. The role is fully remote working, Outside IR35, 1 stage interview process and can pay up to £420 a day.

Key responsibilities:

·Support the delivery of business change in line with our properties by analysing, articulating, and reporting on key business insights and data.

·Assist with mapping the ‘as-is’ /undertaking an organisational diagnostic to inform recommendations for the efficiency and improvement of the company.

·Identify solutions to complex problems using a combination of incremental and transformational change. Work closely with the business to help drive consistency and best practice

·Liaise with staff, teams, and stakeholders to obtain relevant data to support the promotion of change activities. Monitor and review the effectiveness of change interventions, developing and using the necessary tools to do so

·Lead the facilitation of staff/customer workshops and focus groups

·Support with communication efforts to encourage ‘buy-in’ from stakeholders

·Understand and apply change management techniques to support colleagues through the change process

·Apply a systems-thinking approach to understand how products and internal teams connect with the wider business and our customers.
