Business Analyst Permanent

Working for a leading business in the region, my client is looking to appoint a Business Analyst to be involved in their Digital Strategy Programme. Supporting the Product Owners and Digital Engineering teams in identifying customer needs for the new digital initiatives.

Duties will include:

• Leading customer needs analysis to shape an initial idea into a viable product through effective collaboration with the Product Owners and customers
• Providing agile business analysis across a range of digital projects
• Be aligned with the Product Owners, understand the vision and strategy for the product and communicate the needs, vision and priorities to the engineering team
• Define product backlogs, epics, MVP features, sprint backlogs, user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria
• Build and maintain relationships with both product and engineering teams to facilitate communications and encourage collaboration
• Work with the product and engineering teams to assess requirements and ensure optimal software delivery pipeline is in operation

Experience will include:

Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role with end to end project delivery, in an Agile environment

Previous experience in delivering customer facing business systems solutions, ecommerce portals, IoT solutions and Mobile Apps using a range of modern technologies.
